Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

We operate a 14-day return policy, providing you with a two-week window from the date of item receipt to initiate a return. While Huckleberry Cats takes great care to produce our products in small batches, ensuring rigorous quality control, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, kindly reach out to us at hello@huckleberrycats.com to coordinate an exchange or return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect it within 48 hours. Should you identify any defects, damages, or discrepancies with your item, promptly contact us at hello@huckleberrycats.com. This allows us to assess and address the issue to your satisfaction.

UK RETURNS

Please raise your return request with our team via hello@huckleberrycats.com within 14 days of your order arriving at the delivery address. Returns eligibility are assessed on a case by case basis. 

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

For international orders, the return of items is at your expense. Please send the unused, saleable items in their original packaging via a 'signed for' and trackable delivery service. On the customs form, specify that the item(s) are a commercial return.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items, such as personalised or custom-made items (e.g., engraved ID tags, bespoke collars), are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

RETURN PROCESS

To commence a return, contact us at hello@huckleberrycats.com, specifying the item(s) and your order number. Upon approval, we will provide detailed instructions for sending back the package. Returns not pre-authorised will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

For a swift exchange, return the original item, make a separate purchase for the new item, and, once accepted, the refund process will commence. If you seek to exchange the size of a collar, contact us for guidance on availability.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, minus the original postage fee (if applicable). Note that the timeline for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.

International Refunds

We are unable to refund customs or duty charges incurred when receiving an item subsequently returned to us.

REFUNDS ON REJECTED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You are responsible for covering import duties and customs charges. If you reject a delivery due to tax and/or duty charges, we cannot refund your order until safely returned to us. Rejecting an order is at your own risk, and personalized items from rejected orders are non-refundable. For assistance with overcharged fees, please contact us at hello@huckleberrycats.com.
